Of course it's my personal POV. And it's always good to see there are other opinions concerning this topic. The german language needs advocates - see above :) .

I have found on synthzone.com
http://synthzone.com/midi/korg/z1/
some files.
There is one file
Manipulator1.4.zip
I don't know what this is.
I cannot extract it, because it is password protected.

Do you know what Manipulator1.4 is and do you have any extra information (password) or links for me ?
I used google to search for information about Manipulator1.4, but I could not find any.

Another question:
I read that nooloop no longer exists.
So how to get a serial for their Zed 1.0 Editor ?
Would it be still illegal if someone would share his serial though the company (nooloop) doesn't exist anymore and it is more or less impossible to clear if the Zed 1.0 Editor is still protected by copyright ?

Thanks in advance !

Hello! Very good and funny pic, especially because "Fühlungen" sounds almost like "feelings" because it seems a derivation of "fühlen"...
But I would like to qualify your affirmation that "the german language neither is an easy to learn nor an elegant language". It's important to note that this is a personal statement, not a generality. What is general, however, is that from our present knowledge about linguistics, the idea that there are easy and difficult languages is false (see for example Juan Carlos Morenos Cabrera: http://www.internetwebsolutions.es/libro/La-dignidad-e-igualdad-de-las-lenguas/isbn/978-84-206-6744-7). Your affirmation about "not an easy language" depends on your mother tongue and its similarity to the language you want to learn.
Likewise, how a language sounds to you (more or less "elegant" e. g.) is also a personal statement, i. e., everyone "feels" it different; to me, for example, German sounds very elegant (probably the same way, Spanish sounds elegant to a Spaniard, but less to me and so on)...

On the one hand, the cycleway value is used for many different purposes (e.g. any minor way that can be used by bike). On the other hand, we have some jurisdictional dependencies, so german mappers want to cearly express the difference between the following signs:
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Datei:Zeichen_237.svg
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Datei:Zeichen_239.svg
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Datei:Zeichen_240.svg
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Datei:Zeichen_241.svg

Thus I think it is not the optimal solution to assume that highway=cycleway implies foot=yes. But that's just my personal two cents.

I only maintain the presets, not the code. The feature you mention sounds desirable, so what about filing it in JOSM's trac (http://josm.openstreetmap.de/)?

Good to see a helpful page giving advice to Korg Z1 users.

I agree with your comment about searching through a large number of Korg Z1 sounds, and recommend that you have a look at the latest version of Korg Z1 Editor 2004 as you suggest. There is a Sound Show tool there which can send selected sound patches to the Korg Z1 in succession without needing to press any buttons on the Korg Z1. Worth a mention.

Would you be able to add the ability to search all the presets, including synonyms? This alone would make me more interested in using the presets, as I know what I want to add, I just don't know which sub menus to go through to get it, and it's faster to just enter the tags manually.
