A short piece between the existing and newly mapped part was missing, which I just connected by a straight line. This is where I’ll go next.
I’m still a big fan of moss and fungi pics. I’m currently exploring the capabilities of the Samsung NX300 system camera. Frankly, I’m quite impressed by this gadget. But as excellent today’s camera algorithms and automatisms are, the pictures are not perfect. Neither can a camera guess any intentions the user may have, nor can an automaton be as creative as a human. I’ll learn to make better use of the camera during the next trips.
